All of our flutes are stored in 68-70 degree temperature which is not the case for big warehouses that store them in mass quantities that are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This is super hard on the flute pads, adhesives, etc. Most people purchasing from these places end up paying 200-300.00 in repairs within the first 6-9 months with pads that are cracked or shrunk in their casing and oils that are dryed out. We get calls every week with people with these complaints. This is confirmed from our repair technician who deals with that all of the time.

All of our inventory is new and fresh. We stock 1-2 of every model and replenish as we sell our flutes. We don't purchase large quantities that sit around and dry out. Plus, we stock 1 of each model and get fresh inventory from Pearl as we go so you are constantly getting the most updated models with fresh construction. We don't purchase 500 of a model and then they are stored for 5-10 years.

None of our flutes are checked out on approval throughout the USA. This is what most others do and it puts a lot of wear and tear on instruments and you aren't getting a new instrument. You are getting a used (but never owned) flute. Ours are NEW and never checked out on approval. One of our customers this past year loved one of our flutes and our price was more than another place. I told her to inquire about the history on that flute. It had been checked out on approval 48 times throughout the continental USA on approval. It was not new and she was shocked (and so was I as I didn't think they would tell her that). Customers bring those "approval" flutes of other brands to M2M when they are compare shopping brands. We watch them assemble incorrectly, put them on the floor with the keys down and 1 family kept it in their car all day at 98 degrees this past summer. They ended up buying a Pearl from us and sent the others back. Someone else will definitely have troubles down the road with that flute!

We have been in business for over 30 years. We are an authorized pearl flute dealer and we are local (the only local Pearl flute dealer in Minneapolis). You have someone local to go to if there are any warranty issues. We send all of our warranty work to Dave Dzubay (who maintains all of the MN orchestra flutes, etc and he is the BEST but the most expensive) We don't spare expense and send it to the local music stores who would be cheaper because the work isn't as good and we want our name to reflect the quality that we give in lessons and related sales. There is a huge on-line company that sells Pearl that has filed bankruptcy and won't be in business once their inventory is gone. So, if there is any problem, they won't be there to help you, send you another flute, etc.

Down the road, we always offer to sell, FREE of charge, your Pearl flute if you ever decide to upgrade or if you are done playing flute. Most places don't do this and if they do, they take 25-35% commission fee.
We only charge you the CC fees that we pay on a flute sale if they pay with credit card. We do this for people who have purchased through us.

Finally, we offer great customer care and support throughout the flute selection process!

We sell Pearl Flutes and ship anywhere in the USA and outside the USA with special arrangements.  We sell to people in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Indiana, California, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, Illinois, Texas, Nevada, Oregon and more! 952-924-4141. http://www.Music2Master.com or http://www.Pearlflutes.net
